Birth Day: 01.20.12

January- It's a Boy!

The waiting is over! On January 20, 2012 @ 2:05pm I gave birth to the most perfect baby boy. William (Will) David Parker weighed 7lbs 5 1/2oz and was 20 inches long. He has light brown hair and blue eyes. Justin was an amazing partner and got me through the 32 hours of labor. Will had a bit of jaundice, but quickly overcame that in a few days. He is growing quickly!

Here are some photos capturing the first few days of Will's life:

Here is Justin cutting the cord.

As you can see Will is a little blue... he didn't cry but was just grunting when he came into the world. They took him shortly after this photo and helped him get pinked up. He was just fine...just a little bit of a long labor, Will was tired.

Here is William post bath. Just as calm and contented as can be. He is still a very calm and contented baby.

Isn't he beautiful! We are in love!

We went from a family of 2 to a family of 3.

Our first visitors- Kelly, Don, & Adeline

The new Dad is as happy as can be.

So precious.

Here is Grandpa Bergevin, Will's namesake. Will's middle name, David, is from his Uncle David Parker.

Grandma and Grandpa Bergevin visiting Will. He is grand-baby number 12 for these seasoned Grandparents.

I'm looking a little better on day 2!

The happy family!

Chad & Erin came to visit too!

My high school besties! Becky & Erin...they were so excited to meet Will!

The nurses gave Justin and I a lesson in infant bathing. We successfully passed... here we are getting Will all bundled up again after the bath.

Dad and William chillin' while Mommy showered.

(I don't know how to get this picture rotated the right way...sorry Rochon) Aunt Rochon came to visit and help us get home from the hospital!

Here we are ready to leave the hospital. The outfit I choose was way too big on Will.

Will in a Milk coma!

Will sleeping in his Snuggle Me. Thank You Danielle for this amazing contraption.

Mom, Dad, and Will are doing fantastic! Will is the best and easiest baby. He is so patient with his new parents.
